Tomasz advises on pharmaceutical law focusing on administrative and civil law aspects. He also specialises in advertising law.

he has many years’ experience in providing legal advisory to the pharmaceutical sector gained as an external adviser, as head of the legal department at a pharmaceutical firm, and in co-operating with a market research firm serving the sector;
he has advised a dozen or so businesses dealing with the manufacture, distribution and marketing of medicinal products, medical devices and dietary supplements, including many sector leaders;
in co-operation with patent lawyers he carried out an analysis of patent strategy and trademark policy;
he is a graduate from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and has an MBA from the Poznan School of Banking under a programme organised in conjunction with the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration;
he has run numerous training courses and workshops for pharmaceutical firm employees and management;
he is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznan.
