Artur is a specialist in tax problems focusing primarily on tax and customs law litigation.
He has many years’ experience in tax advisory gained in leading international advisory firms.

- expert in handling cases before the tax, administrative and judicial authorities, also the fiscal control and customs authorities;
- adviser to the financial-banking, pharmaceutical, tobacco and food sectors;
- advises on provisions of Energy Law and EU directives and represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the Ministry of the Economy and the European Commission;
- author of numerous publications on tax proceedings and procedure and tax law, and articles on energy law, especially on problems centring on the liberalisation of the gas market;
- member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
